Page 4 - Aquarium
Sometimes, viewing things in other countries gives a new perspective on things.  Aquariums are no exception to this.  It was very clearly illustrated to us in the Canary islands.  Tenerife was where we visited the European version of the American Sea World.

This aquarium was no exception.  In fact, we saw critters that we have never seen before.  Some not even in pictures.

Right in the beginning was the obligatory shark.  The display was well designed and well kept.  Throughout the displays, it was obvious that the staff here did a great job with these tanks.

The second photo here was a fish that was as interested in me as I was in him.  He posed for several pictures, this is only one of many great shots.

Third photo here is a Yellow Tang.  Not uncommon, but still a beautiful fish.

Next fish is identified as a Purple Blotch Basslet.

Finally, the interesting Conger Eel was well displayed.  This small eel lives in sand and sludge found in shallow seas (I believe).  They live in communities of thousands.
